Can we start free and upgrade later?

Yes. Your workspace and all indexed documents carry over when you upgrade. Billing starts immediately on the new plan.

What happens when we hit the token limit?

On Free, new chat queries are blocked until the monthly window resets. On paid plans with metered overage, queries can continue according to your plan terms.

Do all plans include the knowledge graph?

Yes. Graph-augmented retrieval via LightRAG is available on all plans. It's a core part of the platform, not a premium add-on.

Can I cancel my paid subscription?

Yes, any time. Your access continues through the end of your billing period where applicable. No cancellation fees.
